1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and pkrslo ("pkrslo," "we," "us," or "our") in relation to your use of the pkrslo website and all associated services including the online casino, sports betting, card games, jackpot slots, and any promotional programmes.
By accessing pkrslo, creating an account, or placing any wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use pkrslo in any capacity.

2. Account Registration
To access betting and gaming services on pkrslo you must register a personal account. Registration is free and the process is completed through the pkrslo website using your mobile number and personal details.
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one active pkrslo account. If we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or IP addresses — pkrslo reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all pending and historical balances derived from any duplicate account activity.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering and during subsequent identity verification. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, national identity card details where requested, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information to pkrslo is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
pkrslo may require you to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals or if we have reason to review your account. Standard verification typically requires a photograph of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie. Additional documents such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested in specific circumstances. Accounts that do not complete requested verification within the stated timeframe may be restricted.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrslo login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. pkrslo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your login information. 2.5 Closing Your Account
You may request account closure at any time by contacting pkrslo's customer support team. Any genuine cash balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method after applicable verification steps. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pkrslo are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrslo does not impose currency conversion fees and your balance will always reflect exact PKR amounts.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
pkrslo currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods:

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit on pkrslo is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 3.3 Withdrawal Processing
pkrslo targets processing all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of submission. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or if your account is subject to pending verification. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays in Pakistan.
3.4 Withdrawal Restrictions
pkrslo may delay or withhold a withdrawal request while any of the following conditions apply: pending identity verification, active account investigation, unfulfilled wagering requirements attached to an active bonus, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. pkrslo will notify you if your withdrawal is delayed and provide the reason where permitted by our compliance obligations.
3.5 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login or transaction activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. pkrslo reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 from dormant account balances after this period. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
4. Bonuses & Promotions
pkrslo offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out here in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 150% match bonus up to a maximum of Rs 15,000, together with 50 free spins on selected slot titles. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to your account following deposit confirmation and no bonus code is required.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your pkrslo account are subject to a 30× wagering requirement. This means that before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn, you must place eligible wagers totalling 30 times the bonus amount received. For example, a bonus of Rs 1,000 requires Rs 30,000 in eligible wagers before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
4.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.
4.4 Bonus Restrictions
pkrslo bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Systematic exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, bonus abuse patterns, or collusion between accounts — will result in the cancellation of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension. pkrslo's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.
4.5 Refer-a-Friend Programme
The pkrslo Refer-a-Friend programme allows registered players to earn bonus rewards when they refer new players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to the same 30× wagering requirement as all other bonuses. Self-referral and fraudulent referral activity will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and account action.
5. Gameplay Rules
All games on pkrslo — including slots, live casino table games, card games, and roulette — are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to gameplay outcomes and these Terms apply to all account and payment matters.
5.1 Game Integrity
All RNG (random number generator) games on pkrslo are independently certified for fairness. The RNG outputs are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by pkrslo or by any player. Published RTP (return to player) percentages reflect actual game payback rates measured over a statistically significant number of rounds.
5.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a software or system malfunction during any game, pkrslo reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the bet stake to your account. Wins generated during a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. pkrslo will not be liable for any losses resulting from system downtime or technical faults outside our reasonable control.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and at each live table. pkrslo reserves the right to set individual player bet limits at any time for account management, responsible gaming, or risk management purposes, and will notify the affected player accordingly.
6. Sports Betting Rules
The pkrslo sports betting section covers cricket including PSL and international matches, football, kabaddi, tennis, and other markets as published from time to time. Sports bets are subject to these general Terms as well as the sports-specific rules published in the sportsbook section.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
pkrslo reserves the right to decline or partially accept any bet at our sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only accepted when you receive a confirmation notification and the bet appears in your account's bet history. A bet that does not appear in your history has not been accepted regardless of any apparent confirmation screen.
6.2 Odds and Market Changes
All odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your settled bet. pkrslo offers both fixed-odds and best-price options where indicated. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at pkrslo's discretion.
6.3 Event Cancellations and Voids
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market result is determined, affected bets will generally be voided and stakes returned to your account. Where a market is offered on a specific element of an event that did not reach a natural conclusion, pkrslo will apply standard industry void rules as published in the sports betting rules section.
6.4 Obvious Errors
pkrslo takes care to ensure all published odds are accurate. However, if odds are published at an obviously incorrect level due to a technical error or human mistake, pkrslo reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect odds. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will have their bets voided and may face account review.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrslo. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:
- Creating more than one pkrslo account regardless of the name or details used
- Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age
- Using pkrslo's services in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of insider information abuse in sports betting
- Collusion with other players in live casino games or poker variants
- Systematic bonus abuse including coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting
- Money laundering or using pkrslo for any illegal financial purpose
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkrslo staff or other players in any communication channel
- Chargebacks on genuine pkrslo deposits without a legitimate disputed transaction basis
8. Privacy & Data

11. Amendments to These Terms
pkrslo may revise these Terms at any time. When we make changes that materially affect your rights, we will notify registered players by email or through an in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
The version of these Terms that was in force at the time you placed any bet or made any transaction on pkrslo governs any dispute relating to that bet or transaction. The current version of these Terms is always accessible from the link in the pkrslo footer.
Your continued use of pkrslo after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not wish to accept revised Terms you must stop using pkrslo and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
