Account & Registration

Registering at pkrslo takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your mobile number — ideally the one linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account — along with a valid email address, a username, and a strong password. Add your name, date of birth, and city on the next screen. Confirm the Terms and Conditions, tick the age confirmation box, and submit. A verification SMS is sent to your mobile number. Verify it and your account is active. Your 150% welcome bonus up to Rs 15,000 is credited automatically after your first qualifying deposit.

pkrslo is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit, or place any bets. Age is verified at registration using the date of birth you provide, and pkrslo may request CNIC-based age verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and deposits are returned, with all winnings voided.

No. pkrslo allows one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password option on the Login page or contact support to recover access to your existing account — do not create a new one.

You can update most personal details from Account Settings after logging in. If you need to change your registered mobile number — for example because you have a new SIM — you must contact support@pkrslo.app, as this change requires identity verification to protect against unauthorised modifications. Do not wait until you need to use OTP login with a new number to make this request; doing it proactively avoids access issues.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and an SMS reset code is sent to you. Enter the code, set a new password, and log in. The entire process takes about two minutes. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, email support@pkrslo.app with the subject "Account Recovery" — our team responds within 24 hours and will guide you through identity verification.
Deposits PKR

pkrslo supports all major Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT (online bank transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in PKR — there are no currency conversion charges and no exchange rate markups. The method you register as your preferred payment method during sign-up is the default for both deposits and withdrawals.

The minimum deposit at pkrslo is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pkrslo for standard players, though your individual JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account daily transaction limits may apply. If you are consistently depositing large amounts and finding that mobile wallet limits are a constraint, contact support to discuss bank transfer options which typically carry higher limits.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits appear in your pkrslo account almost instantly — typically within 30 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay are also near-instant. IBFT bank transfers can take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are processed within 2–5 minutes. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, do not deposit again before contacting support — provide your bank reference number and our team will trace the transaction.

pkrslo does not charge any fees on deposits. The amount you transfer is the amount that appears in your gaming balance. Your own payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank — may charge their standard transaction fees as per their own policies, but pkrslo adds no charges on top of that. Check your wallet's fee schedule for transfers above certain daily amounts if this is a concern.
Withdrawals

For verified accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to your registered JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, or bank account. Withdrawals during peak periods or to bank accounts via IBFT may occasionally take up to 2 hours. If your withdrawal has not arrived within 2 hours, contact support with your withdrawal reference number and the team will investigate immediately.

The minimum withdrawal at pkrslo is Rs 1,000. This applies to all withdrawal methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by pkrslo, though large withdrawals may require a brief security review for fraud prevention purposes — this is standard practice on reputable platforms and is designed to protect you as much as it protects pkrslo.

The most common reasons a withdrawal is delayed are: your account has not yet completed identity verification, you have an active wagering requirement attached to a bonus that has not yet been met, or the withdrawal is flagged for a routine security review. Log in to your account and check the Cashier section for the status of your request and any notification about what is needed. If no notification is shown and the withdrawal is still pending after 2 hours, contact support immediately.

pkrslo does not charge withdrawal fees. What you request is what you receive, minus any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Your receiving payment provider may have its own inbound transfer policies — for example, some banks charge a nominal fee for receiving IBFT transfers — but pkrslo has no control over those and does not contribute to them.
Bonuses & Promotions

pkrslo's welcome bonus is a 150% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 15,000, plus 50 free spins on selected slot games. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered through according to the applicable wagering requirement first. However, your real cash balance (the money you actually deposited, separate from bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 1,000. pkrslo's cashier clearly separates your real cash balance from your bonus balance so you always know exactly what you are looking at.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum completion criteria are met — for example, fewer than the minimum required overs in a cricket match — pkrslo voids all unsettled bets on that match and refunds stakes in full to player accounts. In rain-affected matches where a result is reached via Duckworth-Lewis method, bets are settled based on the official DLS result. The minimum bet at pkrslo is Rs 100 across all sports markets, making it accessible for casual bettors as well as those wagering larger amounts. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, competition, and market type. Cricket match winner markets on major internationals and PSL carry higher maximum limits than niche proposition markets. Specific limits per market are displayed at the point of placing your bet.

If you receive any message — via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or social media — asking for any of these details and claiming to be from pkrslo, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not click any links. Forward the message to support@pkrslo.app so our team can investigate and warn other players if necessary.

If you wish to permanently close your pkrslo account, contact support@pkrslo.app with the subject "Account Closure Request." Any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method. Accounts closed on request cannot be reopened.
